Generation Unity is a movement committed to equipping and activating Christians in Quebec, Canada, and more broadly across nations, to walk fully into their destiny in order to see the Kingdom of God established.

Our vision is to gather and unite believers to seek God's presence, equip them to live out their faith, activate them in the fivefold ministries, and propel them to bring God's Kingdom to the nations.

Our History

Generation Unity was founded in 2006, when our founder Joël Dumaine received a calling from God to gather and unite the province of Quebec and pray for revival. This led to the creation of our organization, with the goal of empowering and equipping Christian leaders and communities in Quebec, Canada, and other nations.

Our values

We are guided by a set of core values rooted in the Word of God, which define who we are and how we operate. These values are central to everything we do and help us remain faithful to our mission and vision.

HIS PRESENCE IS OUR PURSUIT

Above all, we value His Presence. We seek to love God and allow ourselves to be loved by Him, so that His love and Presence may overflow from our lives into the communities around us.
We strive to cultivate a deep and constant connection with God in all that we do, and we endeavor to create an environment where His Presence is felt and experienced by everyone.
INTEGRITY IS OUR IDENTITY

We adhere to the highest standards of honesty, transparency and accountability, and strive to build relationships based on mutual respect, openness and trust.
We seek to be a bridge of reconciliation between others and God, and between ourselves, whether people, organizations, languages or provinces.
Moreover, we seek to be a beacon of truth in a world often filled with confusion and uncertainty.
HONOR IS OUR CALLING

We believe in recognizing the divine value of every person and organization, in listening, and we seek to treat others with respect and dignity, without taking them for granted, whatever their background or status. We also honor the commitments we make to our partners, donors, friends etc., and strive to exceed their expectations in everything we do.
HUMILITY IS OUR POSITION

We operate from a position of service, recognizing that our work is not about ourselves, but about the advancement of God's Kingdom. We strive to love and serve others with humility, grace, and compassion, and we acknowledge that we have much to learn from those around us.
GENEROSITY IS OUR PRIVILEGE

Generosity is giving more than is expected. We aim to be generous in every aspect of our lives: with our time, our trust, our gifts and our possessions. We believe in giving the best of ourselves and pouring into the people around us.
God has generously given to us, and it is our privilege to be generous in return.
