Gather - Equip - Empower - Commission

Génération Unité is a movement committed to equipping and activating Christians in Quebec, Canada and the wider French-speaking world to walk fully in their destiny to see the Kingdom of God established.

Our vision is to gather and unite christians to seek God's presence, equip them to live out their faith, empower them in the five ministries, and commission them to bring the Kingdom of God in the nations.

Our History

Génération Unité was founded in 2006, when our founder Joël Dumaine received God's call to gather and unite the province of Quebec, and to pray for Revival. This led to the creation of our organization, with the aim of empowering and equipping Christian leaders and communities in Quebec and French-speaking countries.

Our values

We are guided by a set of core values based on God's Word, which define who we are and how we operate. These values are at the heart of everything we do, and they help us stay true to our mission and vision.

HIS PRESENCE IS OUR PURSUIT

Above all, we value His Presence. We seek to love God and let ourselves be loved by Him, so that His love and Presence overflow from our lives into the communities around us.
We seek to cultivate a deep and abiding connection with God in everything we do, and strive to create an environment where His Presence is felt and experienced by all.
INTEGRITY IS OUR IDENTITY

We adhere to the highest standards of honesty, transparency and accountability, and strive to build relationships based on mutual respect, openness and trust.
We seek to be a bridge of reconciliation between others and God, and between ourselves, whether people, organizations, languages or provinces.
Moreover, we seek to be a beacon of truth in a world often filled with confusion and uncertainty.
HONOR IS OUR CALLING

We believe in recognizing the divine value of every person and organization, in listening, and we seek to treat others with respect and dignity, without taking them for granted, whatever their background or status. We also honor the commitments we make to our partners, donors, friends etc., and strive to exceed their expectations in everything we do.
HUMILITY IS OUR POSITION

We come from a position of service, recognizing that our work is not about ourselves, but the advancement of God's Kingdom. We seek to love and serve others with humility, grace and compassion, and recognize that we have much to learn from those around us.
GENEROSITY IS OUR PRIVILEGE

Generosity is giving more than is expected. We aim to be generous in every aspect of our lives: with our time, our trust, our gifts and our possessions. We believe in giving the best of ourselves and pouring into the people around us.
God has given generously to us and it is our privilege to be generous in return.
